Our house was under offer in a week of it going to market with Kit and then the fun started because we were at the top of a chain. There were some pretty fraught moments over the next few months but Kit held it all together expertly for us. He was always calm and positive, which is just what you need. He handled every difficult turn with professionalism and empathy. We always felt we were in good hands and we can highly recommend Kit and his team and would definitely use him again in the future.
