Kit founded the company in April 2001 having worked for ten years in two major corporate Estate Agency companies. He has been secretary of the Bath Estate Agents and Auctioneers Society since 1998 and is a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. His knowledge of the Bath property market is almost unrivalled amongst his competitors. Kit lives in Bath with his wife and three children.
Alistair attended Kingswood School in Bath and joined the team in 2016. He returns to Bath having worked more recently in London and Dublin for a software company. Alistair is a keen Bath Rugby supporter and now resides in Weston
Aimee has worked in the property industry for the past 11 years and has lived in Bath all of her life, not including the time away for travelling round Thailand and Australia, and spending a few Summers working in Spain. Aimee lives with her husband and sons in their home in Larkhall, which they have just finished renovating.
Jack worked for an Estate Agency in London and has since moved to Bath to set up Inovus Property. Jack deals with all our photography and floorplans which help create the bespoke website. His standards are very exacting in what is a competitive market to get property presentation absolutely right.
Julie has been company secretary since the foundation of the business in 2001. Her assistance has come with property presentation if people need ideas on how best to present an apartment or house before it goes to the market.
