My house was in the market within 2 days of agreeing to sign up, with an open house viewing the following weekend to muster interest – it sold within 2 weeks. I felt that Kit valued the house accurately, and was quick to recognise the features that made it special. It really helped that he had local knowledge and experience. The photographer that he used to take pictures was superb and the house was very well marketed. At the point that offers started coming in, Kit handled these expertly, and I know I got the best price possible. Once the sale was agreed, I was in constant communication with the office, which was very helpful as I was working away, and the whole process was very smooth. Can’t recommend the company highly enough – they know what they are doing!
